The Java Cow Story

Since its inception in 2003, Java Cow has risen to become a staple along the bustling Main Street of Park City. For over two decades, the Davis family has been at the helm of an ice cream establishment at this prime location, initially operating under the franchise name “Cows.” With the departure of Starbucks from the neighboring space in 2003, the Davises seized the opportunity to create a unique blend of coffee shop and ice cream parlor. Ken Davis, driven by his enthusiasm for this new venture, even attended ice cream making school to ensure the parlor could produce its own ice cream on-site. Ever since, Java Cow’s ice cream has been crafted in-house, boasting a rich, creamy texture and inventive flavors that are distinctly Park City.
